The scene opens with Abhi stating that he will perform the operation without the patient’s knowledge and they will be fine. He tells them to inform everyone that they are going home the next day, but the surgery won’t happen for two weeks and the necessary arrangements will be made at home. He asks Akshu and Abhinav to stay there while Abhir thanks him and hugs him. Meanwhile, Ruhi expresses her anger towards Abhi, but Aarohi tells her to forgive him and understands the importance of a doctor’s life. Aarohi recalls Surekha’s words and reassures Ruhi that she is not sad. Abhir asks for the date, and Abhi remembers Manjiri’s words and says sorry before leaving. Abhinav and Akshu insist that he have food before leaving, but Abhi says they will meet again tomorrow.
Abhir mentions that Ruhi will be waiting for Abhi, who then leaves. Abhinav suggests that they could have asked him to have food, but Akshu reminds him that it’s Aarohi’s birthday and they shouldn’t make Abhi more late. Abhinav realizes that he forgot about Aarohi’s birthday. Meanwhile, Abhi arrives home and Manjiri gives him an angry look. He explains that he got caught up with work as a doctor and didn’t do anything wrong. She reminds him that he was there as Abhir’s doctor and wonders who will explain to Aarohi now. Abhi promises to talk to Aarohi before it’s too late and leaves. Manjiri expresses her frustration with the problems that come between them.
Back at Aarohi’s place, she mentions that her hand cream has run out and no other cream suits her. Abhi arrives with a gift of hand cream and apologizes for being late because he went to buy a cake and candle. Aarohi asks how he knew about the hand cream, and he explains that as doctors, they know what they need. She thanks him and blows out the candle, making a wish. Abhi sings the birthday song and Aarohi thanks him with a smile.
